It is impossible to get an in-person appointment for dermatology. Or they tell you that the agenda is not open or that there is no longer an appointment. Not even a month and a half in advance. A shame, because I am happy with the dermatologist.

I have always come to dermatological issues and everything is correct. Due to proximity I decided to make an appointment at traumatology, I will not repeat. Less than 3 minutes? I ask him to prescribe me a painkiller and he tells me that this is with the usual one because what he knows how to do is operate? It is now clear to me that if I have to have surgery it will not be with this doctor.

Excellent customer service. We went with a claim for an external company and they facilitated all the procedures. I don't know in particular if they offer a good service, good treatment, I just captured the spectacular infrastructure that the streets of Madrid offer.
